Very well situated, moments walk from Rue de Gant. Hotel average. First room we were given had damp problem (overwhelming smell and wet carpets)- but was changed as soon as we asked -and the room we were given was fine. Good value at Venere rate. We didn't bother with the E15 breakfast

excellent price although breakfast was expensive comparitively.Not much interaction with the staff on reception but no problem either.Very well placed for centre of town and shopping.I did have a problem with Mosquitoes in the room which i didnt notice until the first morning.Although I tried to eliminate them allon the 2nd night I still got bitten on my hands which were the only parts outside the sheet.The room 3rd floor was hot despite the air conditioning.

The person we met at the reception desk were not friendly at all. At the limit of being insulting on some of our (ordinary) requests.

la chambre n'était pas décorée, donc un peu triste. Elle était petite et mansardée . Il y a des moustiques. Cà vaut le prix mais pas plus. Mais l'emplacement de l'hotel est très bien : 5 mn à pieds du centre ville, dans un quartier très calme pas de circulation, avec des resto et des rues piètonnes le soir. globalement satisfait. j'y retournerai, mais pas au prix public !

The price/service ratio is o.K. as to the rooms. It is not, however, concerning the breakfast which costs €13 but is not worth it. The most negative remark is related to the nocturnal noise level. Due to the rather high temperatures and since the air condition could not switched on we let the window open. This was, however, a problem since in one of the buildings bordering the courtyard of the hotel a very loud ventilator was running almost all night which was rather inconvenient.

A clean modern hotel in a convenient location with efficient and helpful staff. Breakfast does not seem to be included in the room price.
