Couple with children

The worst thing about this hotel is that there are not people working there after a certain time in the evening. We arrived at 11:00 P. M. and had to talk to someone on the phone to give us a code to open the door. The person didn't know where we could park our car, and we had to ask some guests who fornunately arrived at the time we were at the lobby. Our family room was nice, with a bunk bed for the kids. We could hear noise from the street during the night, though. The location of the hotel is good, with stores and restaurants close by.
