HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
The city of Villajoyosa (La Vila Joiosa) is situated 42 km away from Alicante and 8 km from Benidorm. From the A-7 highway (Valencia/Alicante), take the exit n 66, Villajoyosa, to the city centre. Then take the N-332 towards Alicante. After 2 km, when you reach Playa del Paradís, take the detour on the left leading directly to the hotel.

From both directions of the N-332, take the above mentioned detour at Playa del Paradís. From Alicante, you will find this detour before arriving at the city centre on your right hand side.

The property, which was enlarged in 2004 with 30 additional rooms, features 3 swimming pools, including one located over the cliff top, another in Torre del Paradís, and an indoor heated one.

The resort comes with three elegant restaurants: El Emperador, with the chef Jean Marc Sanz offering his specialities; El Salón de los Caballeros, a private medieval style lounge with an adjacent cellar where the fresher Mediterranean products are served; and El Minarete, which can accommodate up to 350 people and has wonderful sea views.

Guests can also unwind in the Alhambra bar, where at night stars and constellations are recreated. During the summer months, the Proa bar will welcome you next to the swimming pool.

Besides the restaurant and the breakfast lounge, El Montiboli hotel features three comfortable and fully equipped lounges, allowing several layouts to host up to a maximum of 100 people. Among the facilities and services offered there are: slide projector, transparency overhead projector, VHS, public address system, blackboard, Flip chart (blackboard with paper sheets), fax service, photocopy service, colour TV, TV circuit, podium, dais, coffee break, and screens.

Furthermore, the hotel offers the possibility to hire a conference hostess, translation services, recording equipment and a secretary.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your reservation is guaranteed until 6 p.m. on the selected arrival date; thus cancellations made prior will not be subject to a cancellation fee. Guests who fail to cancel or do “not show” on the selected arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay to the credit card provided (up to a maximum of 60 €). Some reservations may be charge a 20% deposit to the credit card provided, if this occurs guests will be informed by e-mail.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
