This is absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. The hotel is a 1950's era resort in dire need to updating in every way. Thw parking is in a dirt lot next to the abandoned hotel next door. When we left in the morning there were cars packed solid and no way to get out and no attendant. We had to wait 4 hours to leave just to get our car. The location is in a very run down area of the once nice strip. This is a tired hotel and should be charging no more than $20./night US.

I stayed 3 nights as a single in a double room. I had a lovely large balcony, one of the only few larger ones. The view was great, over-looking Mar Menor. It was close to the Mediterranean Beach as well. Restaurants and shopping not as convenient for walking distance. But there was a lovely little pizza place next door. The only draw back was there were large groups of senior citizens there (I mean bus-loads) at the time and it made the lobby and common areas very hectic and loud. Otherwise would recommend it for another stay.

We arrived at the same time as two coach parties, however, the gentleman on reception seeing we were not one of the party, called us over and had us registered within minutes. He was very courteous and efficient. As the coach party filled up the dining room, we asked reception where we could eat, three of the staff were more than helpful with their information and guidance on where we could go. We could not fault the staff for their efficiency and helpful manner. The position of the hotel is ideal and our rooms had large balconies overlooking the sea. Very pleasant to sit out on, although we feel the balconies could do with a coat of paint as they looked a bit tired. Our overall view of this hotel is that it is one that we would return to as our stay was most enjoyable

El hotel está bien situado, la habitación es amplia, con un armario grande y terraza con vistas a algún mar. Esta al lado del mar menor y a pocos metros del mar mediterraneo. La zona genial. El hotel es muy grande y completo (con muchos servicios). Relación calidad-precio me parece adecuada, aunque lo veo más como un hotel de 3 estrellas que está bien, a un hotel de 4 estrellas. No puedo comentaros nada del buffet pues cogimos el hotel sólo con alojamiento. El hotel dispone de una zona al aire libre donde aparcar de manera gratuita para los clientes del hotel (genial, pues la zona no dispone apenas de sitio donde aparcar). Pedir ticket en recepción. Por poner algún inconveniente, un día no nos arreglaron la habitación hasta última hora de la tarde y se oye bastante a la gente que ocupa las habitaciones cercanas. No obstante, lo recomendaria.

A nice hotel with good surroundings. A bit far away from the "city centre". The breakfast was good for those that eat bread. Less opportunities for people with gluten-intolerance. But overall, a nice hotel that is not too expensive.
