First of they didn't recognize my booking number that you gave me. And then she told me that the room was for a different date, which I later showed that it wasn't. I had to prove to her that I had acctually made the reservation. Imagine coming to a hotell in another country just to hear that the hotell is full and that one won't get ones money back because it was booked for the wrong date? She didn't even appologize. And this was just the beginning.... The breakfast was a joke. Compared to swedish hotells this breakfast was nothing, an embarassment. I'm gonna stay in Norway next week too, I hope I will live in an better hotell, and I assure you that this time it wont be Hotell Mastemyr.
