The standard rooms are a bit small, but the public areas are very good. The possibility to use the pool area for hotel guests was a real bonus after a day skiing.
HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
By car
Take the A3 motorway, connecting Chur to Landquart. From Landquart, take A28 motorway toward Davos. In Mezazelva village, take the first exit, at the roundabout, following signs to Serneus-Bad.
By airplane
From Zurich Kloten airport: 147 km.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

date we charge 50% of the stay.
In case of cancellation from 19 to 10 days before arrival
date we charge 75% of the stay.
In case of cancellation from 9 days to arrival date or no
show we charge 100% of the stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
