The Metropole Swiss Quality Hotel Interlaken is located in the heart of Interlaken, with views of the Jungfrau. Our speciality restaurant, the "Bellini, will certainly please our guests.
The hotel has a range of facilities available, including the "Metro" bar, "Black & White" disco, swimming pool, sauna, solarium and hairdresser's, and the 18th floor panoramic restaurant "Top o’Met". The hotel also has its own parking spaces and garage.

Most of the guestrooms (83 rooms) offer south facing balcony with a splendid view of the mountains of the Bernese Oberland, in particular of the world famous Jungfrau mountain.
All rooms and suites provide modern comfort and are equipped with private bath, cable TV with radio, minibar, direct dial telephone and hairdryer.

A really excellent stay!! We booked a Standard room, but the reception gave us a Superior one at the same price!! Rooms with a Breathtaking panorama, very cleaned and pleasant, even if a little bit cold, but it was winter ..so. The hotel is in the center of Interlaken, and from few steps to the Casino. We was lucky to have a very kind and helpful receptionist because unfotunately the Info Tourist Office in Interlaken is closed Saturday afternoon and all Sunday too! We didn't take the breakfast there, but there are a lot of nice bars in the neighbourhood on which you can take it with a minimum cost. About the parking: it is to pay separately, don't use the cash machine directly, take the special card at the reception to pay a special price. Last suggestion: visit the bar at the 15th floor.. it's incredible!!

Very nice room with a good view from the balcony. However, there was a horrible construction noise at about 8 AM on Monday morning. I could have done without that on my vacation!

The attractive photos published is no where close to the rooms we got! Maybe a 4 star hotel, but definitely with 2 star rooms and service. The worst service we have ever received! The receptionist was rude and completely unhelpful. All of these made our stay at Interlaken a very unpleasant one.

Breakfast a bit too expensive for a family! there is a tea-room just in front of the hotel much cheaper and with nice formule brunch for half price!

Only negative comment is that I forgot a skirt and top - left them hanging in the wardrobe and when I rang back, they were not found in the room. Housekeeping never found them?

The hotel Metropole DID NOT!!!!! have my reservation from your website. I printed out my confirmation and took with me. They did have rooms so were able to accommodate me and did honor the rate shown on my copy. They never RECEIVED the booking.
