The Hotel-Pension Sonnenhof is a traditional family run hotel located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Igls and 15 driving minutes from the Old Town of Innsbruck.
We invite you to relax and enjoy the charming holiday region of Innsbruck, surrounded by quiet and unspoilt nature landscapes and where you can experience authentic Tyrolean tradition and culture of the Olympic city of Innsbruck.
Hotel-Pension Sonnenhof features a cozy breakfast room, a cafeteria with terrace as well as a small library and an Internet Point.

The hotel is both quiet and beautifully located in the stunning village of Igls. What can I say the pictures do not do justice to this location. It is stunning.

Well established bed and breakfast guesthouse, with average facilities, well located, but slightly off the beaten track, with suberb views of the Alps. Quite suitable for an overnight.

we were in Igls for vacation on the way back to France, not far away from Neu Schwanstein to visit the castle, very close to Innsbruck center, easy to go with the tram.
HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
By car
From Germany, Switzerland, Arlberg, Salzburg or Vienna: get off motorway exit Innsbruck – Mitte and take the exit direction Igls. Follow the signs for Igls. Arriving in Igls, turn right onto the second street Fernkreuzweg. The Sonnenhof hotel is located approx. 500 metres on the right side.
From Italy (Brennero), take exit Patsch/ Igls and continue for 3 km to Igls, then continue, direction Innsbruck. After the post office, turn left onto the second street Fernkreuzweg. The Sonnenhof hotel is located approx. 500 m on the right side.
By train
All international trains from every direction stop at Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof main train station. From there you may take a taxi to the Sonnenhof hotel. (approx. €15,00).
By airplane
Scheduled flights as well as charter flights from many major European cities fly to Innsbruck KranebittenInternational Airport. From there you may take a taxi to the Sonnenhof. (approx. €20,00).
