Just spent 3 nights at the Goleta Hotel. The room was a bit on the small side but the staff were very helpful and friendly. Quite expensive hotel overall but good location near all the clubs and Ibiza Town.

This was a terrific hotel with an excellent location near many Gaudi monuments. The price was definitely a bargain. My friends and I enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Arriving after midnight, due to flight delays, my partner and I were pleasantly surprised with the hotel's first impression. Given our key, we opened the door to find exactly what we had requested - double bed, not two singles, facing the water towards the beach end, and on the next to top floor. Couldn't be more pleased. The breakfast buffet was better than expected with a great selection of hot and cold options. Good size pool although we opted for the beach most days. Both check-in and check-out were swift and easy. We will definitely pick the Goleta again for our next trip back to Ibiza.

TRANSPORT SERVICES

Frequent bus service to Ibiza centre, just a few 50 metres away. From the beach situated in front the hotel there is a regular boat shuttle service to Formentera Island, and boat excursions along the island coast (fee).

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

CANCELLATION POLICY
For the booking confirmation we charge 25% of the total cost of the reservation. The rest of the amount payable directly at the hotel. In case of No show or cancellation inside the 7 days before the arrival date the hotel will charge the cost
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
