I've stayed here many times as its good value for money and a great location. Hotel was refurbished a few years ago so rooms and bathrooms are of a good standard for the star rating. Sea View rooms have double beds as well as a single - not sure about the internal facing ones though. My only gripe with this hotel is how thin the walls are between rooms. Athough my neighbours were quiet at night the noise during the day can be quite intrusive and I have stayed here before with noisy nightime neighbours so make sure you pack the ear plugs! Great location though on the beach and a ten minute walk to the heart of Ibiza town!

Good choice and position, you can walk to the city center, to the old city, to the nearest beaches and to the main bus station. Plenty of smnall restaurants and supermarkets not so far. Only negative point: the staff, especially the old receptionist he has no idea of what politeness is. There is also inner swimming pool and a jacuzzi. No idea about the quality of the breakfast but it was quite cheap.

Don´t go alone to Ibiza in winter because there´s nothing to do. The famous nightlife simply doesn´t exist in winter because almost everything is closed. The hotel is OK and the staff is helpfull.

The room cleaning is terrible. The closets were full of dirty, what made some of my clothes dirty. The reception employee didn't know how to transfer a phone call from a room to another room, so when I had to call my friends I had to walk to their room. The food is good. There is no beautiful beach in fron of the hotel. But it's in a nice place for a good price. Just don't expect too much.

EVALUACION NEGATIVA: antes de realizar la reserva se indicaba "DESAYUNO INCLUIDO", luego al confirmar la misma esto no estaba informado, por lo tanto se tuvo que abonar el importe del desayuno aparte del precio de la habitacion. CONSEJO: verificar esto al realizar la reserva.

TODO BIEN, TUVIMOS UN PEQUEÑO PROBLEMA CON LA HABITACION ES INMEDIATAMENTE LA CAMBIARON, BUENA VISTA AL MAR, PERO LA PLAYA ES LA PEOR DE IBIZA

I stayed in the Maritimo a few years ago and it was a dump. The refurbishment has transformed the place into a two star hotel of four star quality. My room was nicely decorated with a comfortable double bed as well as a single. TV, Built in radio, radiator, heating/aircon unit, and good quality bathroom fittings. The receptionist was lovely and the breakfast buffet acceptable for this standard of hotel. Usual problem though with thin walls, tiled floors and inconsiderate guests. The guy next door loved to watch his TV and talk on the phone at 4am and people arriving in the early hours think its fine to drag their suitcases over the tiled floors and hold a conversation outside your hotel door! Shame really as this is one of the only spanish hotels I've stayed in where the maids don't wake you up at 8am!Nevertheless I would still stay here again given the location and value for money, i'd just hope for better neighbours!

On our arrival at reception we were told that our room was not available till after 12 noon the next day! We were put in an exceptionally small room with no windows! The door to the bathroom only opened 1/3 because the toilet was in the way. I have seen female prison cells with more room and furnishings than this room plus windows. We had requested by e-mail to the hotel direct 3 or 4 months prior to arrival a room preferrably on the top floor with ocean views. On our second day we were put in a room with views. The rooms are small but acceptable. It is extremely easy to walk from the balcony to inside the room and hit your head on the TV which is on a wall bracket immediately inside the sliding door at head height at the foot of the bed with little clearance to walk around. The beach had a lot of weed washed up and also it was not possible to swim due to all the rocks in front of the hotel at the beach. We were told that our first night would be free...no charge. However...when we checked out we were asked to pay 75 euros for the first night.We refused and only paid 40 euros for the first night which was too much already. We were also informed that the rate on the other room with views was discounted to us by 15 euros and should have been 110 euros /night. (yet the agreed price from the website was 95 euros/night) So I paid this amount of 95/night. It is interesting that at least half the rooms in this hotel have no windows! I feel a representative needs to inspect this hotel before booking tourists for them.

Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que habia overbooking en el hotel así que nos trasladaron a unos apartamentos del mismo grupo que estaban muy cerca (Apartamentos LuxMar). No sé cómo sería el hotel pero los apartamentos muy bien, espaciosos, con dos piscinas, una bastante grande, aunque el servicio de desayuno (no incluido en el precio de la habitación) dejó bastante que desear. Pero en definitiva muy buena relación calidad precio sobre todo si no vas en época alta. En Mayo se está muy tranquilo.

Small nice and clean room, but the walls are quite thinly so you can hear quite a lot from your neighbour ;)
