    HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
    By car
    From Honolulu International Airport via H1 Freeway:
    From the airport arrival terminal, exit toward Waikiki/Honolulu. Go up the ramp and stay to the right going east toward Waikiki/Honolulu for 1 mile/1.6 km to H1 Freeway. Merge onto H1 East, get into the left lane and continue on H1 East for 0.8 miles/1.3 km going toward Honolulu. The Freeway will begin to veer to the left. Take Exit 23 to Punahou St and get into the right lane, turning right onto Punahou St. Go south on Punahou St for one block, turn right onto South Beretania St and travel for one block. Get into the left lane and turn left at the first traffic signal onto Kalakaua Ave. Continue on Kalakaua Ave, then turn right onto Beach Walk. The Outrigger Regency on Beachwalk is on the left.

    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    The full amount of reservation (room & tax) will be debited at time of booking by our agent Sun Islands. Reservation will be confirmed after your credit card has been debited. If you do not cancel your reservation at least 15 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged for the first night (room & tax). The balance will be credited back to your credit card.
    You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
