    By car
    From Honolulu International Airport (HNL):
    Exit the airport terminal and access the H-1 Freeway East. Exit the freeway via the Nimitz Highway and follow signs to Waikiki. Merge onto Ala Moana Boulevard as you pass the port of Honolulu on your right and the Honolulu business district on your left. Ala Moana Boulevard merges with Kalakaua Avenue at the southwest entrance to Waikiki. Stay in the far left lane which becomes Kuhio Avenue. Proceed on Kuhio Avenue and turn left on Nahua Street. The Aston Honolulu Prince hotel is the second building on the right.

    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
     
    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
    Check-in:     the rooms are available at any time after 3 p.m.
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

    INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
    Local taxes are not included in the room rates: 4.712% Hawaii State General Excise Tax plus 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax will be added to total charges at check-out.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    The full amount of reservation (room & tax) will be debited at time of booking by our agent Sun Islands. Reservation will be confirmed after your credit card has been debited. If you do not cancel your reservation at least 15 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged for the first night (room & tax). The balance will be credited back to your credit card. LOCAL TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN TOTAL PRICE.
    You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
