Please note: the hotel pool and gym swimming pool and gym will be closed from 01-25 April 2008 due to emergency maintenance work. The ground floor of the hotel is currently undergoing renovation to create a brand new lobby area with bar and deli; works are due to be completed soon. A temporary lobby is located on the first floor. Guestroom renovation is due to commence on March 20, 2008 and end by January 2009. Works will take place between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily (except Sundays and public holidays). The hotel apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause guests.

Lunch and dinner buffets feature a wide selection of à la minute Japanese cuisine, freshly prepared at various cooking stations. Yamm also offers a high quality assortment of Asian and international à la carte delicacies and wines.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Shuttle bus service to/from Hong Kong International Airport costs HKD 130 per person one way.
Use of Internet Point costs HKD 50 for 15 minutes.
Baby cots are free of charge.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs HKD 140 per person per day.
