Roaches in room, WY/Fi signal very poor, people where down in the gym area trying to get signals and they were suppose to have that as a service. Not impressed at all. Will not be returning. At the same time that we checked in someone else received a cheep rate than we paid.

1st day of arrival the room was not clean no wash cloth,bath mat & hand towel in the bathroom..Bed cover is dirty & when the bed cover was pulled bugs crawled out of bed. We requested for bedding to be change but they just left the sheets & towels on the table. 2nd day was even worse except for the bed that was made everything was the way we left it even the dirty towels was not taken out & change.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From Interstate 95, take Exit 8 at Route 278 East. This leads to Hilton Head Island. Once on the island, take the Cross Island Parkway ($1.00 toll charge). This road becomes Palmetto Bay Road. Stay on Palmetto Bay Road until you reach a roundabout. Go halfway around the roundabout to Pope Avenue. Pope Avenue leads to a second roundabout. Make a quarter turn onto South Forest Beach Drive. The Hilton Head Metropolitan Hotel is located 2.5 blocks ahead, on the right-hand side.
