Stanza piccolissima, ma pulita, al terzo piano senza ascensore. Il letto, da una piazza e mezzo, era proprio sotto il velux. La porta del bagno urtava contro il letto. Non c'erano armadi. Molto romantico ma scomodo.

This hotel is actually a little 2 stories building that has las 6 rooms available. We arrived late and there was a nice lady there. The actual doors of the bedroom are GLASS with courtains...super tiny room. It was just basic. A couple of blocks and you take the tram to downtown. I would look for something else next time.

We had a very nice stay there. The room was to the back yard, a room on the street side could be more noisy. Also the room was lately renovated and quite spacious.

Nice location. My only complaint is that it was about a mile and a half from the main city. The metro system goes right by the hotel though. Breakfast was included and everything was nice otherwise. A note about Heidelberg: the metro map I had must have been out of date because the bus lines didn't match up. This resulted in us walking home one night.
HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
By car
Coming from the north: proceed on the A5 highway towards Heidelberg until exit 36 (Dossenheim). Turn right and keep going straight ahead. Once in Heidelberg you will immediately recognize the hotel after about 700 metres on your right-hand side.
By train
From the main railway station, take tram line 4 towards Handschuhsheim and get off at Biethstraße.
By airplane
From Frankfurt Airport (about 100 km away) you can easily reach Heidelberg by train.
