When I tried to book extra nights the actual hotel prices were more expensive that www.venere.com. However when I went to this website to book it said no rooms available when in fact the hotel staff said that the hotel was only 50% occupancy. I ended up paying a lot more than I should have.

hotel was very nice and well located, the only negative thing taht i found was that the air conditioner don't work properly or maybe it was to high to refresh enough the room and sometime i preffer to open the window, people are nice and friendly, the food was excellent in the restaurants and breakfast included was a good idea, great variety of tropical fruits, juices, bread, etc

El hotel es excelente, las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado. La atención es excelente todos muy predispuestos

The hotel staff was competent, welcoming and friendly from the chamber maids, to the internet person, the front desk staff, the navette driver. All were wonderful -- warm, professional. The breakfast was good. The only complaint is that the one hotel restaurant we ate in, The Berlin Bistro, although friendly, resonably priced and well served, the food was not good. We ate extremely well elsewhere in Miramar --across the street at Amelia and the government Fisheries Restaurant and even the Supermerado cafe so it could have been and should have been better in the Hotel Restaurants.

I stayed in a Standard single room. I was alone, my parents recommended it who had stayed in the standard rooms at double occupancy status a week earlier. The hotel overall was excellent all services were of high standard, internet facilities, gymn and telephone facilities were readily available.
