Hotel NH Parque Central - Havana

Of all the places we stayed in cuba this was the more comfortable and excellent quality hotel compared to the lack of standards at many other hotels in Havana. Spoke with others staying in Havana and were having lots of problems at other high quality hotels. We had nothing but comfort at Pairc Central and felt very safe within the hotel

Hotel superbly located overlooking Parque Central, walking distance to Habana vieja, well maintained building, well equipped rooms, generous breakfast buffet, good restaurant, staff not overly friendly but professional and efficient, noisy lobby bar without any privacy but excellent drinks, pleasant pool and bar on the roof with a stunning view on the city.

Perfect location for us with a little baby. very good gym, perfect baby pool. we stayed both in parque central and nacional hotel, this one was the best by far. service: excellent but a litte slow.

great location. great hotel. lacks the character of some of the older hotels, though you can't beat its facilities.

Great hotel in the heart of Havana, and very affordable too in the right season and through Venere.com (avoid direct reservations!). Disgratefully, there are always one or two staff members around trying to unduly profit from the unaware turist, but in general terms this hotel is unmatched in Havana in price/quality ratio.

Those 4 days were a wonderful moment. The view from the roof (with the swimming pool) is fantastic.

This is a superb property. The staff is very friendly and competent. Please keep in mind that you must tip the service staff seperately, not on the bill. I tipped for everything only to find that the office takes those amounts! The service people are very good, and deserve to be compensated over and above the ten dollar monthly salary. Great place, overall...will stay there again!

Lovely hotel good location in "old" Havana, staff very helpful, booked city tour of old and new Havana and excellent meal/show at El Tropicana-definitely worth it-also booked trip to Vinales Valley-a must if u r in Havana-breathtaking scenery. Found Havana a bit chocking thro' diesel fumes but day 4 we transferred to Varadero-Breezes Hotel-beach/sea fantastic, beautiful hotel/location excellent facilities 3 other restaurants besides Jimmy's. Book restuarants as soon as you can. DONT TAKE US DOLLARS-hefty commission charges-don't offer good rates and u r also charged heavily when paying by credit card. DO book the Dolphin Show and then swim with them after-fantastic!
