i put in the reservation and prompt i received back comfirmation.
when we arrived in hotel on sunday morning at 900 am nobody knew about reservation.
lucky enough the room was still there.
i only not understand when i get confirmation, that the reception of hotel did not know anything.
i showed them the printed reservation and number.
but sofar i never heard enything anymore.
maybe you can tell me.
