I was really satisfield my stay in Hanoi Queen Plaza Hotel. Hotel is nice, bright and clean. Room is spacious, clean with cozy decoration. My room on 5th floor and face main street with beautiful city view. Staff are friendly and welcome from manager to maid. Surely come back and recommend to all friends.

They have really very friendly and helpful staff who'll try to answer your every needs and questions. We truly enjoyed our stay there. The cleanliness & service are great, we have nothing to complain about. Keep up the good work!

I booked a room for 6 nights and in between time I went to Halong Bay for 2 nights. The manager of the hotel decided it was OK to take out all my stuff from my room while I was gone and rent out the room to other guests! She was surprised to see me back sooner than planned and was caught red-handed. To say the least, I was furious to find all my clothes in a plastic bag behind the reception counter. The hotel is clean and good, but it requires new management, or at least the lady at the front desk needs to be changed.

The Hotel Hanoi Queen Plaza was still under construction when I got there. Most of the rooms were ready but a few were not so there was construction going on while I was there. My door handle didn't lock so a worker quickly fixed it with some super-glue. The rooms and staff were not very professional but they were functional and responsive. I didn't like the fact that she tried to overcharge me when I arrived. But this problem was quickly resolved when I showed her the quote that I got from this website. I moved to another hotel after two nights... I got a better deal. -alex

The Hotel was welcoming and staff helpful. Its location is ideal as it's within easy walking distance of the Old City and other attractions. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. It would be helpful if the Hotel provided tourist and transport information. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Queen plaza.

RECOMMENDED: The staff at the Queen Hotel are genuinely friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing we asked was any trouble at all and we felt more welcome here than at any other hotel in Vietnam. We stayed in both a Standard and a Deluxe room. The Deluxe room was very spacious. Both rooms were clean.If we ever go back to Hanoi we will DEFINITELY stay here.

After reading many fantastic reviews we had intended on staying at the Queen plaza hotel upon arrival in Hanoi, however they were booked out. After two nights at a noisy guesthouse (and 2 visits to Queen plaza hotel) we secured a room there. The service from all staff is so genuinely friendly and the room we had on the fifth floor, was really inviting with good quality furnishings. Pros: Mr Tony & his staff are just lovely; breakfast (whilst not an extensive menu) was quite enjoyable. our room was spotless and really bright and relaxing; shower pressure & bathroom were great, no noise issues. Cons: for lack of anything else room was on the small side. I would definitey recommend this guest house - it is more like a boutique hotel.

Lovely little Hotel. Great location if you want to stay in the heart of Hanoi. Excellent value with breakfast included. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh linens and towels provided. I would absolutley recommend this hotel!
