The hotel location is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and really easily accessible to a lot of other places. Though it might be situated along a small street and without much window viewing, the service provided by the staff is great. The room is spacious. Recommended for others.

We felt very mislead as we were trying to book the Lucky Hotel. The Hanoi Lucky Hotel is very different from the Lucky Hotel. Service at the Hanoi Lucky is not professional and the hotel was not one we would have stayed at even for one night.
