My main concern with the hotel is the high price. We paid 140 Euro for a double room excluding breakfast (additional 12 Euro). The rooms are ok but for this price I expected something more. The building is old and you can hear your neighbours quite well which is not nice. I would not take this hotel again as for this price there are better offerings in Hamburg.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location - right accross from the train station. This might have added some noise but the convenience to tours, places to eat and shop as well as travel options made it an excellent location for us.

The hotel and room seemed to be brand new as they were refurbished recently. The bathroom had very nice interior and a big shower cabin. The only small thing is that there was no good place to put the toilet bags (we were a couple) except on the floor. We very much enjoyed the stay and we had a very quiet room. The airport express is just across the street and all types of public transport are only 50 metres away. Also close to the shopping district. We stayed for three nights and will certainly come back next time we visit Hamburg.

By leaving the Elbtunnel take the BAB-Exit Hamburg-Bahrenfeld and follow the signs direction Main Station (Hauptbahnhof) City Centre (Centrum). Hotel is directly in front of the Main Station, Kirchenallee 46.
