Our underground garage has space for 678 cars, including special spaces for women drivers and the disabled. In addition, we can offer a coach park for conference and tour group guests.
We have a handicapped accessible hotel: stepless access to all premises of the hotel and of the spa, wheelchair accessible rooms and toilets, as well as special parking spots in our underground parking lot and in front of the hotel.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from 3 p.m. We kindly ask our guests, if at all possible, to arrive at the hotel not later than 6 p.m. We ask guests to call us in case of later arrivals.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Use of the Internet connection in the rooms, as well as the use of the sauna and the steam room is included in the price.
There is free parking available in the hotel parking lot, as well as in the underground parking lot.
The breakfast buffet is not included in the price and costs €12,50 a person.
