The Romantik Parkhotel lies directly at the Meranpark in Graz, surrounded by the Schauspielhaus, the Opera and the universities.
Built in 1574, the hotel has been member of the renowned Romantik Hotels & Restaurants International group. Even if centrally located, just 10 minutes walking distance of the downtown, the hotel enjoys an extremely quiet atmosphere.
Since September 2002 guests have the possibility to relax in the Parkhotel-Spa with indoor pool, sauna and large fitness area. Moreover, a rustical wine cellar and the excellent Romantik Restaurant are at guest's diposal to delight them with delicious drinks and dishes.

We really enjoyed this hotel and would return. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the breakfast was nice and the location was great. The staff too was friendly and very helpful.

I'm afraid the water in the swimming pool wasn't very clean or over'stuffed' with chemicals [I smelled from it the whole day]. Although I enjoyed my swim and the rather nice small pool area, I got rashes on my skin the next day. Although the Hotel is very nice, rooms and breakfast too, a bit pricey but very agreeable and calm, I wonder if one could / should accept the pool.

From the A2 motorway coming: exit at Graz-Ost and drive in direction of Dietrichsteinplatz-Schlögelgasse-Glacisstraße-Leonhardstraße.
Coming from motorway A9: exit at Graz-Nord and drive in direction of Wiener Straße-Bahnhofgürtel-Keplerstraße-Glacisstraße-Leohnardstraße.
By train
From Graz railway station: via Bahnhofgürtel-Keplerstraße-Glacisstraße-Leonhardstraße or take tram line 1 or 7. Step off at Lichtenfelsgasse, located directly in front of the hotel.
