Although the service was friendly and efficient, the food in the restaurant was the worst that we encountered during a fortnight's stay in Austria. Our room looked on to an alley with little natural light. Reception staff and location in Graz were excellent.

Hotel is clean, tidy and well staffed. Restuarant is excellent. If you are a light sleeper avoid top floor rooms at the front of the hotel as they are in close proximity to a chiming clock.
