The hotel is not in the center of Grenada, it is a bit far, 25 min walk.
Personal at the reception were very busy, overbooked, they don't have time enough to answer properly to our questions, they were not receptive enough.
Otherwise, very smilly and polite.
The room is not equal to the magnificent hall.
What a pity !

They send us in an other hotel, a five star one, they qualified better than the Gran Hotel Luna de Granada. The swiming pool was unserviceable. Nothing is include : parking is charged 15 euros as breakfast. Otherwise, good services and friendly staff.

Extremely bad service from most of the people in check-in. Not very friendly !
The room had not been checked before we entered, which meant several failures !!
I would never return to this hotel again or recommend it !!!

We have stayed in numerous hotels in Granada and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and relative price of this hotel compared to others. The only negative aspect was the noise of the police/ambulance sirens from the dual carriageway outside. However, on balance, a definite recommendation.
