a cat was yelling all during the nughit. we coudn't sleep. we ask the recepion to do something ,but he sayd that he cant do anything. we found in the room under the bad paper with blood. we paid 18 uro for parking un the town. in the paper from your web it was written 11 uro. we will not come back to this hotel.

This was my first stay at a Room Mate hotel and I am very impressed. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is terrific. This is a wonderful hotel and I plan to return.

Almost the best hotel I ever stayed in a long holiday. It will even be a reason that I want to go back to Granada, apart from the amazing Alhambra. The only thing that frustrated me is the location map and the introduction provided by venere is totally misleading. It's in the city center instead of 'a stone's throw to Alhambra'. I took taxi to Alhambra then realised that the place I took the taxi is the place that the hotel is located. So, I would suggest people book this hotel but check with the hotel directly for how to get there. The staff in the hotel was always very surprised by my problem as their instructions to directly-booked guests are correct. So, I think it's something that venere should fix.

We stayed at the suite and it was magical. Beautiful 4-poster bed, great decoration, bathroom with separate jacuzzi room, perfect romantic setting. The foyer is also beautiful. The street/garage is very difficult to find, and it's a busy area, although the room was quiet. Staff was extremely friendly.

Superbly located in the old quarter and within easy reach of the Alhambra. Very friendly, efficient staff who all spoke good English. The free sherry available in the bodega each evening was most welcome and we chatted to other guests there. Our room was comfortable. It overlooked the courtyard and the only disadvantage was that it was never really dark as the courtyard is lit all night and the curtains were quite thin.

Beautiful house,very charming, beautifully restored.The room we first got was very dark, and we changed. Our room whith the view of Alhambra were exellent, a bit small though, related to the price. Some noise from other rooms. Very good breakfast. When going to Spain, we will look for Room mate hotels. The Alhambra was the reason why we went to Granada, we were not disappointed.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
Since the hotel is located in the historical center of Granada, and since it is an area restricted to traffic, it might be convenient to leave your car in a public parking area and reach the hotel by taxi. Driving along the by-pass road Circunvalación de Granada, take exit 131 Granada, Parque de las Ciencias, Palacio de Congresos, Armilla and follow the directions to Centro-Parque de las Ciencias. You will find a roundabout next to a lamp store (Hiperluz), and then another one next to Parque de las Ciencias interactive science museum. Keep driving ahead and follow the directions to Sierra Nevada-Centro, passing through a tunnel. You will reach the Palacio de Congresos convention center (a green marble building on your left), continue driving straight ahead and follow the directions to Centro-Alhambra. Continue straight ahead crossing a bridge that goes over the Genil river, and keep driving following the directions to the center. You will leave behind a Mercadona shopping center on your left, and further ahead, a Corte Inglés shopping center on your right. You will find the car park Plaza Puerta Real turning right on the first set of traffic lights you get to. Leave your car there and take the lift to the street, and from there, take a taxi to the hotel. Tell the taxi driver that the hotel is located at the end of Plaza Nueva square, on the left of Santa Ana church. Once you reach the hotel ask the taxi driver for a receipt. The hotel will give you a refund.

Guests are entitled with preferential rates at a public car park called Parking Plaza Puerta Real, located 500 metres from the hotel. Leave your vehicle there and take a taxi to the hotel (Room Mate Migueletes will refund you the total of the taxi price). Alternatively, you will also be able to park your car in the public parking lot Parking San Agustín, located at Gran Vía street and closer to the hotel, but without preferential rates.
Car, bicycle and limousine rental can be arranged at the front desk.

HOTEL POLICIES

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
