    Staff: excellent at the front desk, not so good at the restaurant Only true con: why covering all room with cloth? For an allergic person, the velvet all over the room was really a bad point.

    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
