    HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
    By airplane
    The airport of Corfu is located 8 km away from the hotel. Bus and taxi services are available at the airport bus station. A local bus service runs every thirty minutes from Corfu town to Gouvia village and stops 100 metres from the hotel.
    On leaving the airport, follow the indications to Corfu centre. Take the main road heading towards the north of the island. Follow the indications to Gouvia village centre. Reach the beach and follow the signs that lead to the hotel.

    By boat
    There are daily ferry and high-speed ferry services connecting the harbour of Corfu to the mainland. The port is located 7 km away from the hotel and a frequent bus services connects to Gouvia village and to the property. Taxis are easily found at the end of the wharf.

    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

    Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after midday.
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Cancellation until 21 days from arrival: No charge. Cancellation within 21 days before arrival: Charge of 50% of the full amount of the reservation. No show for reservation: Charge of the full amount of the reservation.
    You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
