The staff at Jade Manotel were exceptionally helpful. My room was very attractive, spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Overall, my experience was extremely positive.

This is our second stay at this hotel. We like the decor and cleanliness. The location is the major negative--out of the center, away from the lake and kind of dirty.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property.
