I will not come again as the hotel not worth 4 stars. The price too high and the staff is not too helpful. The breakfast too bad as they will not refill the food such as egg and saeuage.......

This seemed to be more of a commercial hotel. We only stayed one night and it would not have been suitable for a onger stay in Geneva

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Die Lage ist wenig günstig, das Hotel nicht wirklich ansprechend, Lobby und Zimmer sehr klein. Unverständlich, wie dieses Haus an 4 Sterne kommt. Am Tag vorher waren wir im Swissotel Zürich, ebenfalls 4 Sterne, und top-zufrieden. Verglichen damit ist dieses Swissotel falsch eingruppiert und für das Gebotene zu teuer.
