Do not go to this poor hotel.

I don't recommed this hotel. The quality of furnishing was very poor. Room lights were very dim. The elevator didn't work on our day of check out and we had to haul all our luggage down the stairs ourselves from the 4th floor to the ground floor ! Breakfast was OK. General neighborhood is very noisy across major street intersections.

My room was clean enough but old and worn out. I got an attic room at 5th floor, maybe rooms at intermediate floors are better. Info about parking are somewhat misleading. True, you have a public parking behind the hotel but: 1) is quite small, so likely you won't find a place 2) you can't leave the car parked there for more than 1 hour 30 minutes, so you should come back there every 1.5 hour to extend parking time! I "solved" the problem parking my car for 2 days into the unlimited (but quite costly) parking at Gare Cornavin, just 200 meters away. Best thing to say about the hotel is its location, quite good to explore Geneve city center. Hotel surroundings are quite "multi-ethnic" but it didn't seem to me really dangerous. Breakfast was good enough, but nothing to remember. All in all, I don't think the hotel has a good price/performance ratio (I stayed in much better hotels in Switzerland, for the same price) but can be convenient for its location.

No parking facilities in a town where public parkings are as expensive as restaurants!

A little bit noisy at night, but very well situated at the center of Geneva.

Travelers beware. Actual room provided was NOT the room pictured on Venere. Dirty old carpet in hallways and in rooms. Staff were insulted when I complained. Stay away from this place.

The rooms do not have air conditioning. The hotel is located on a very busy street where you can hear trucks and motorcycles at all times. As a result on a hot evening it is necessary to keep the windows open to sleep and it is extremely noisy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was peeling plaster in the bathroom but room was reasonably clean. I would stay there in the winter but probably not again in the summer due to lack of air conditioning.

adequate city centre accommodation though expensive for what it is.

No bath room available after we checked out. too bad. All hotels should have one coz when we were back to get our luggage, we might wanted to go to wash room.

Other than its outstanding location, close to the train station there is nothing that could move a visitor to choose this hotel, even for a short overnigth stay. Everything in the facility looks like as it was by the time the building was build (the problem is the hotel was probably built in 1930...and the room's furniture is still from that era). We saw some other better looking hotels in the same area for the same price (CHF 200)

A nice hotel, a proper, clean and comfort place to rest while visiting the city. It's right in the centre of Geneve, close to the Station, the restaurants area (Paquis), and walking distance to the lake or the Old town. Nice staff.

Komme wieder. Für Auge und Seele (be)suchen Sie vielleicht Kirche Stainte Trinete?

The hotel location is perfect, the staff are friendly and our room was spatious.. but old and really "basic".. It's fine for a one-night stay, but we wouldn't have stayed longer. The breakfast was also realy "basic".. only sweet stuff.. they charge you for eggs and cheese! We were happy with our stay, but the hotel is definitely overpriced.

Hotel not equipped to deal with warm/hot weather. No AC, no fans, not even table fans.

As a simple two star hotel, the accomodation was what would be expected, and on a short business trip, not much time is actually spent in the hotel. The best things about the hotel were the friendliness of the staff and the location between the railway station and the lake.

Great location, fine for a short break on way to skiing. We stayed one night, but would not have wanted to stay for three. Advertised shuttle from station to hotel not in operation. It is a short walk though.

I can truly recommend this hotel. It has an eccelllent location, walking distance from the station and the city center, and comparatively moderate prices. As it lies on a big street with a lot of traffic, the quiet rooms are on the back side.
