The hotel Brunnthaler is located in a quiet but central location in the Garmish part of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The place is a popular winter resort, helped by good connections, a chic atmosphere and an international reputation.
The hotel offers well-appointed rooms, most of them offering breathtaking views over the surrounding mountains. The property features warm and welcoming public areas boasting elegant wooden furniture, and a sauna is at guests' disposal.

The accomodation was simply and quite but the location is excellent 'cause near to the centre and the touristic structure, and good as start point for bayerische tour.

The view of the mountains was lovely. The room was clean and adequate. I was put off by the lack of soap in the bathroom. Nice enough, but nothing really special.

We REALLY enjoyed the Brunnthaler....the owner/manager "Heinrich" was most helpful and VERY friendly (& spoke English). The location is wonderful...walking distance to downtown Garmisch.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
By car
From direction Munich/Augsburg: on the B2 highway after the tunnel proceed in direction Garmisch, keep straight until the town centre at Marienplatz (behind the church, on the left is a fountain), turn left at the traffic light into the Alpspitzstraße, at the 1st traffic light turn left into St. Martinstraße, at the 1st traffic light turn right into Klammstraße, the 2nd house on the left is the hotel.
From direction Innsbruck: from the Austrian border at Mittenwald/Scharnitz follow the B2 until Garmisch, at the 4th traffic light turn left in direction of railway station, at the 2nd traffic light after the tunnel turn left into Klammstraße, the 2nd house on the left is the hotel.
From Direction Füssen/Reutte: from the Austrian border at Griesen drive in direction of Garmisch, at the 2nd traffic light turn right into St. Martinstraße, at the 2nd traffic light turn right into Klammstraße, the 2nd house on the left is the hotel.
By train
Trains from Munich are reaching the Garmisch train station every hour. On Saturdays, there is a direct ICE connection from Hamburg to Garmisch. The hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance from the station.

After a full day of excitement, touring or sightseeing, you can relax in the sauna, which will be exclusively reserved for you. Reservation one hour in advance is kindly requested.

The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from noon. Our reception is staffed from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and we kindly ask our guests, if at all possible, to arrive at the hotel not later than 10 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10.30 a.m.

Parking is included in the price.
Parking in the garage is not included and costs €3,00 daily.

CANCELLATION POLICY
