All 3 colleagues were billed: - a higher room charge than quoted in email - a charge for parking while we had no car at check-out this was corrected without discussions, but makes one think. - no free, complimentary broadband internet access - no air conditioning, window could not be opened for ventilation Conclusion: this hotel is not suitable for business travellers and moreover, not easily reachable by public transport
