Good bus connection to Firenze. Good connections by car to Siena, Lucca, Pisa, etc. Quality of rooms and breakfast poor. The regular price of 250 € for a double room is a joke. Room espacially the bath room is dirty and need a renovation.

We really enjoyed our stay.The shuttle bus service was a great advantage but it's a pity there isn't one in the evening. Rooms, service and surroundings very satisfactory except for the fact that the rooms weren't very well soundproofed; luckily our neighbours weren't too noisy but it could have been a problem. Our biggest problem was finding the hotel: it would have been so easy to find if they'd pubished on the web-site the little map they have on the counter at reception.It took us nearly 2 hours to find after leaving the motorway whereas it was only a couple of minutes away!!!

hotel excellent value. hotel bus has to be booked day before but good bus service down the road every 15 mins in to Florence. Cheap good quality resturant , at hotel entrance turn left, then right at end road , 500 yards along the road. Hotel has fantastic clean outdoor pool in private grounds ideal to chill after a day around one of Florences museums,hotel pool bar very reasonable. Staff speak good english and very welcoming. would certainly use this hotel again as ideal to also explore tuscany region

As new couple we were granted with a sparkling-wine-bottle and strawberries at our arrival. The rooms, the garden and the swimming-pool are wonderful. We had a great stay there and the employees were 1st class. Only the restaurant is not thought for tourists. On the main street near the hotel is a very nice, welcoming and good restaurant.

Booked a triple room but fortunately we were only 2 in the end as all they had done is place a make-shift bed between the two twins leaving no space to move. The air-conditioning was not working and despite our complaint nothing was done and we were not offered an alternative room. The free shuttle between Florence and the hotel required booking so far in advance that it was useless if you were staying for only one night. Having said this after much complaining we got our bill reduced somewhat but I still couldn't recommend this hotel as a place to stay either if you're visitng Florence or wanting a relaxing break. It's a tired building in much need of refurbishment. Probably would be one of the worst 3 star hotels I've stayed in - but can't believe they claim it's a 4.

A bus ride of 20 minutes to Florence tourist area and a bus ride of 40 minutes back. Hotel has shuttle service( a mid-size van) that is infrequent. The hostess of the hotel restaurant is not very friendly. We are a family of 4 with 2 boys age 12 and 17. We had 2 rooms. They are nice and clean with ac which work poorly. If we visit Florence area again, we would prefer somewhere closer to all the attrations.

The directions to the hotel were very poor, but once we found it we were pleasantly surprised. The room was quiet away from the main hotel in lovely grounds, plenty of parking. There was at wedding reception at the hotel, so very limited menu, otherwise all OK. Shuttle into Florence useful but have to prebook.

Nice surroundings, however it was on the shoulder period where the aircon was not on. By itself not a problem, however with the window open, there was a large number of mosquitos that entered the room throughout the night. THey were both annoying and very good at biting us!

very good and quite place. thanks to the mini-bus service you can avoid using the car to reach the center of Firenze. The restaurant in the hotel is good.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and the setting was quiet and peaceful. Although it does not have all of the luxuries of other four star hotels, the price is quite reasonable for the amenities that you do receive. We would stay here again.

Chambre superbe avec sdb spacieuse, peu de bruits. Présence d'un portier très appréciée! La réception parle Français. Petit déj' correct par contre buffet du soir à éviter, très mauvais rapport qualité-prix (25E pour buffet de crudités, on trouve mieux dans des petits restos à florence...). Piscine propre et grand parking pour garer en toute sécurité la voiture. L'hotel est réellement à 10 minutes en voiture du centre. Sinon, navette gratuite de l'hotel toutes les heures (à réserver la veille au soir à la réception)

When we first arrived they were going to put us in a basement room that was in poor condition, plaster falling off of the wall, very musty...when we asked for a different they quickly obliged and moved us to a very nice room. Drinks by the pool after dinner was very nice. Easy to get to city by hotel shuttle or local bus.

We did have a good holiday and the hotel offered a reasonable to good standard of accommodation, but not to a 4* standard. The pool and outside areas were good. We were disapointed however with a tired triple room which was a twin with a small very poor quality third bed. Also the adjacent rooms had poor sound proofing. The breakfasts did not offer any hot food. In comparison to other 4 star hotels in Italy we have stayed this was poor.

I would definately stay here again, and recommend this hotel to my friends and associates. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
