The shuttle bus drivers were attentive and delightful. The front desk clerk was another story. I did not like his attitude. I realize he could just have been having a bad day, everyone does, but it was not the best face for your property.
Breakfast was ample and good.

Good location for airport. Hotel airport van not available for late arrivals, early departures... was very inconvenient for us. Hotel van/transportation to city had inconvenient return hour(2210). First room we had reeked of cigarette smoke! Desk staff not always helpful.. e.g. refused to provide a telephone book .. were unable to instruct on room internet access.

when we checked in the assistant wasnt very helpful,didnt want to assist us at all,we evan had to ask where to go for breakfast,I was not impressed with the whole set up I wont stay there again

Hotel was acceptable for a single night stay and it is convenient to access the airport. Shuttle service to and from Rome was well priced but the gap between 3pm and 10pm is too great. It would be more convenient if the return from Rome was around 8pm. Early morning flights have to be accessed via a pre-arranged taxi which was arranged by the hotel personnel.
We were basically satisfied during our stay, but would rate this as perhaps a 3 star hotel.

When we got to the hotel there was no heat and we were informed that by law they could not turn on the heat. We went for a walk and found another hotel which said that that was not true. We informed managemant of this and only then did they inform us that there would be heat.
