Clean, nice room for price. Excellent service. Need to call for shuttle to hotel, but the price for shuttle is good. Close to airport, which is what we were looking for. Free internet. Much nicer than expected considering the other places we stayed. Highly recommend if your looking for something for your last night close to airport. Food was in the room for breakfast which was nice had stove, toaster and were able to have tea after checking in which was nice.

We arrived at the hotel with no luggage because the airline had misplaced it. We were absolutely thrilled with the concern of the evening desk clerk, who called the airline several times during - and after - his shift to procure our bags. The room was quiet, safe and comfortable. The continental breakfast was provided in the room and was more than adequate. The restaurant we walked to nearby (as suggested by the desk clerk) was a wonderful introduction to the kind of places where the residents eat, not the tourists - excellent. Our only disappointment was with the airport shuttle, which charged us for each trip. Perhaps that is normal, but we expected the shuttle to be a part of the room price. It WAS available on demand, however. In general, we had a very good experience and would return next time.

The staff was fantastic--they were friendly, patient and helpful when we needed to check information online for our flight home. The shuttle was convenient, timely and cheaper than taking a taxi. The only downside to this property is the fact that the walls are paper-thin. We were woken up at 2:30 in the morning by our neighbor talking on his cell phone loudly. We could hear every word.

As with most reviewers, we stayed here because we had to catch an early morning flight. The hotel was a very good choice for this - clean and comfortable, very good staff, and the morning shuttle was exactly on time. The restaurant nearby was excellent for diner! The neighbourhood seemed a little on the industrial side, but did not seem unsafe. The in-room breakfast was minimal - I could not bring myself to make instant coffee after the excellent coffee throughout Rome, and avoided the packaged melba toast. Yogurt and juice was OK.

While not in the best area of Fiumicino this is a nice place to stay near the airport. There is a shuttle 15 euros (for 2) to and from the airport, just call them. Had a wonderful meal at La Locanda, one of the few restaurants in the immediate area.
Hotel Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were really pleased with our brief stay here. We were greated by a friendly gentleman at the front desk, and he graciously carried our luggage upstairs. He also spoke fluent english. They immediately asked if we needed a wake up call, and if we needed directions to the airport the next morning. They also suggested a restaurant for dinner (take out).
The area itself is very dismal and dirty, but I felt safe at the hotel. It served its purpose, a hotel by the airport. Our room was stocked with breakfast food and drinks. The only let down was that they didn't have enough staff the next day to help with luggage. In addition, the charges for the phone are VERY overpriced. I stayed at many hotels while in europe, and none of the hotels (not even our posh rome hotel) charged so much for calls. I think 135 euro was too much to pay per night... I think 99 euro would be a more realistic fee. However, overall, I was very happy with our room and how conveniently close it was to the airport.

While I'm not sure industrial Fiumicino will ever be a vacation destination for us, the hotel and its proximity to the airport will certainly serve as a jumping off or ending point for future trips to Italy. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff helpful and accomodating, and several decent restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. The shuttle service to the airport was no more than we paid for a taxi, and it was far more comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for early airline departures or late arrivals!

First class small hotel, a short drive from the FCO airport. They can provide shuttle service to the airport.
The front office staff are competent and efficient. The owner (lady) was very helpful with regards to local Restaurants. The hotel is clean and well maintainied. They provided a fridge and stove in the room, actually a small apartment along with a continental breakfast served in the room. They provide internet access via a PC in the Lobby, allowed us to check flight times at the airport. I would recommend this hotel and use it again when using the airport or visiting this area.
Do not miss visiting Ostia Antica, the old Roman city guarding the Tiber, just as interesting as Pompei. Enjoyed the afternoon visiting the site.

The Restaurant recommended by the Hotel was 3 min. walk, clean & mediocre.
The Hotel took E50 for a shuttle drive from the Airport for 4 people. The distance is of 3 Kilometers (approx) & we felt the shuttle to Hotel should be a free service as it is in other places around the world.

Hotel and staff were great. There is no restaurant. The immediate surroundings walking to a nearby restaurant were not of the level of the hotel. Also, if you take a cab from airport to hotel be sure to check with driver first. Our cab driver was very rude when he learned that we wanted to go a short distance instead of a large fare for downtown Rome. The hotel will pick you up and take you to the airport however, using the phone and understanding the pick up location can be problematic. We found everyone to be VERY professional and the driver of van dropped us at our terminal location very proficiently. We had a very nice meal at a nearby restaurant recommended by the hotel. The other guests we met were professional people.

March 18th, 2007: This hotel was a nice surprise. Very good service. We stayed there to make sure we could bring the rental car the night before we were to leave, and catch our flight without worrying about the car return prior to the flight. The shuttle service (15 euros per room) was quite useful and on time.
Very good service.

We were very pleased with the spaciousness and quality of our room. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and their restaurant recommendation was very good. The manager apparently enjoyed yelling at her staff most of the day, though. This was very disturbing for us. I would suggest getting a room far away from the front desk area. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel and close to the airport.

The sofa bed was out in the livingroom and the manager didn't want it folded up. We didn't need it for a bed. We thought the property was not worthy of the price. The dinner we had down the street was excellent.

The hotel is modern and situated close to the airport. The map on the Venere.it will be of little help to guide you there, so print another one from a good site. I took me 20’ to found the hotel. I had a small apartment with 2 double bed. The rooms were very clean but the flush of the toilet was not working properly.
The staff present at night was very young and totally unprofessional.
First they told me I had a chance to found someone at 12:30 because the reception closes at 12pm. This was not stated anywhere in my reservation information.
At my arrival one of the groom first comment was to ask me to write a good comment on this site. I believe it will not be disappointed…
As I had to live at 5 in the morning I've asked to pay before going to bed reception opens at 6. For an unknown reason the hotel management software had to be modified to allow the bill to be printed. After 25mn of efforts the system was ready and I gave them my Amex for the payment.
After another 5 long minutes without answer from the machine (it was 1am) they ask me for another credit card. I gave them my Visa and start to wait for another 5 minutes without more success.
At that point I decided to go to bed and let them try again as they have all the details of my credit cards.
After 30' I was finally trying to sleep when they call me to ask me if I have some cash as they couldn’t find a way to use my credit cards. I said I haven’t, so they said they will continue to try. After another 20' they wake me up asking me to give then back the bill!!
After 2 pm I could finally take 3 hours of rest.
In the morning I had also to drive another client to the airport as the hotel shuttle was more than 10' late. Who knows if it ever arrived...

Perfect hotel for spending night near airport. Rooms are spacious and have little kitchenette with breakfast cakes provided. The courtesy of the staff was excellent. Only disappointment was a restaurant down the street that the staff recommended. It was our worst eating experience in Italy. We told the hotel not to recommend it anymore.

We stayed at Euro House Inn on our way in to Rome in November 2005. We were very pleased with our stay there and made reservations there again the night before our return flight. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff was very helpful and friendly on both visits; the rooms, the outside corridors and the property itself were extremely well cared for. We had an early flight and so the breakfast supplies in the room were very welcome. We had had problems at another hotel with early airport transportation. Count on paying something for airport shuttles no matter what hotel you stay at convenient to the airport in Fiumicino, but transportation here was no problem even though we had to leave very early, and the price was reasonable. This area (Isola Sacra) is a fishing area and there is a restaurant nearby with excellent local seafood-as well as pizza.

We arrived on New Year's Eve and could not have been treated more royally. The shuttle saved us, giving prompt service both to and from the airport. My son was allowed to use the Internet in the office for free. New rooms, secure doors, a big breakfast in the room, and best of all, incredibly generous and friendly management. We will come again!

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. For example, because of some temporary glitch, no computer was available for internet access; but the hostess allowed us to use her personal computer to check our e-mail.
A couple problems of cleanliness bothered us: a quilt did not seem freshly laundered; and some dishware in the room was dirty. (Breakfast was not served centrally at Euro House; rather each room or suite was equipped with a kitchenette, which was supplied with bottled juices, spreads, yogurts, rolls, etc. It appeared that the presentation had not been cleaned between tenants.) TV viewing was more limited and awkward than anywhere else we stayed. Light bulbs were, in every room except the bathroom, far too dim for comfortable reading. The hotel seemed far away from any center: only one good restaurant within walking distance. However, as a place to await one's flight from Da Vinci airport (only 10 minutes away), it was certainly acceptable.

A convenient hotel for a last-night stay before departing from Rome, but no other reason to stay here; it's in a rather lifeless part of the town of Fiumicino. The hotel itself is clean, modern and run very efficiently by a very helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Shuttle to the airport is convenient and reasonable.

The Euro House staff were most competent and accommodating. We were welcomed graciously and questions were answered completely. We arranged for transfers to the airport the next morning. They were aware of an auto accident that had significantly slowed traffic so they called and suggested an earlier departure time. Fortunately we made our flight.

Hotel accomodation was immaculate. Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful in making recommendations for dinner and also arrangement for shuttle to/from Fiumcino airport. In-room breakfast provided a good variety to choose from (e.g. yogurt, cereal, bread, jam) and the efficiency kitchen supplied all the utensils necessary. Location near Fiumcino was ideal for catching our early morning flight.

We never saw a map of the location and thought it was closer to the airport. It took an hour to find the bus to Fuimicino and the bus driver drove by our stop on purpose. The breakfast was disappointing. The only coffee was self-serve with coffee press, which I did not know how to run. The cream for coffee was powdered I think. The food was yogurt and packaged sweet crackers and breads. We were also dismayed by the charge of 15 Euro perperson for transport to the airport. The ads sound like the shuttle is free and much closer to the airport. The room is big and new and much cheaper than the Hilton, but proximity to airport and the breakfast were below expectations.

The only difficulty in this property which is not unique to it is it is hard to find just by the address.I would have a map.It is useless to just have street names as street signs with names are virtually absent in Italy.Very convienient to the airport.Secure parking behind a gate so you can leave most of your baggage in your car.

Taxi trip from airport was quick - at most 10 mins - paid 30 Euro which was probably a bit on the high side, as the shuttle service was only 25 (per room!). Arrived late but staff were very welcoming, and put us into a room that had been prepared for 4 people (2 more than us!), so there was plenty of room. Food in fridge is included in cost, but consisted mainly of yoghurt, juice, and sponge cake (this was breakfast!). We heard people in other rooms, but wouldn't have said it was noisy.
Overall accommodation was great, and we wished we stayed longer (only stayed for one night before flight to Hong Kong)

Everything worked out fine for our one night stay before heading home. Rooms were very nice, people there were polite and nice to have things to eat and drink right in the room (refrigerator was unexpected and pleasant surprise) as we had no time for a breakfeast the next morning with a early plane departure.
Our only complaint is the shuttle service promised was unavailable to pick us up from the airport to the hotel so we had to hire a cab, which cost us 25 euros. The shuttle the next morning was available but that cost us 20 euros too. So, it is misleading to say shuttle service is provided without stating that sometimes it is and sometimes it isn't and in any case it will cost about what a cab will cost anyway.
The place to eat recommended was nearby down the street within easy walking distance and was nothing to rave about - it was almost Ok, given the food we had been lucky enough to have throughout our 3 weeks in Italy.

Extremely hard to find. Located near by a dump. We never saw the promised cold beers and croissants as written on our document. The "full fridge" only consisted of few juices, yogurts and water. Even if this hotel is very clean and new, I wouldn't give a 4 stars rating. Too expensive. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, convenient for a family. Possibility to cook (no grocery stores around).

Euro House Inn was great, we stayed there the night before our flight out. Everything worked like clockwork, the shuttle picked us up, we go our wakeup call, everything. We arrived early and the young man at the desk moved out luggage into our room while we were out, which was very helpful.
It's a little difficult to find at first, they have a sister hotel, Euro House Residences, not too far away, which we stopped at thinking it was the right place, but they were able to give us directions to the Inn. The roads are very confusing there, though, and I'm very good with navigation, so I suggest you plan enough time to get lost when you're getting there.
I would recommend this place for a night before you head to the airport, because it is rather far from town and from the train (we had to return our car at the train station in Rome, anyway, driving into Rome isn't for the fainthearted). You have to get a taxi from the airport, which is expensive and no one wants to take you since it's not a full fare into town. The hotel will call a taxi for you, but it's still a pain. We looked into taking a taxi from Stazioni Termini, but the guy wanted 70 euros, and he was the only taxi we'd seen (I think it was a busy night, we didn't see any taxis at any of the stands in town. Rome is very silly with how you can't just hail a taxi anywhere on the street.) Anyway, the point is, getting to and from town from this hotel is going to be a hassle. If that is not a big concern, the Euro House Inn is nice, our room was huge with a little kitchenette and a pull-out sofa. They have wireless internet in the rooms for 2.95 per hour. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

This was a very comfortable hotel. Fabiola, who runs it, is very helpful and makes weary travelers feel at home. The hotel is near the aiport and is good for those early morning flights. Breakfast was available even though we left at 5:30am. There isn't a lot to do in the area, but transportation is available to the airport and you can take a train to Roma Termini from there.
