Room was comfortable and a good size. Buffet breakfast was always good - decent selection of cereals, bread, cheese etc. Hotel itself is also ideally located: less than 10 minutes walk from train station; two minutes to the lake front and casino area; right at the end of the main pedestrianised area in Evian. Only negative was the occasional noise in my room, which looked onto the convention centre - some noise on the Friday night and one morning when things were delivered but nothing to spoil the stay. All in all, an excellent hotel, value for money and I would stay there again.

I was expecting more comfort from a french 3*. Small room, no equipment (just a small tv), no wifi connection in the room (contrary to what mentioned by Michelin) poor sound insulation... The private car park mentioned by Michelin proved to be the public car park next door. The restaurant (la Brasserie) has been very disapointing (poor choice, no customer care,...) and required a separate payment from the hotel.
