Our stay at Dalhousie Castle was enchanting and romantic. The conversion to a luxury hotel was well done, with a strong touch of elegance. Our trip to Scotland from the U.S. was only 4 days, and the best night we had was the night at Dalhousie. Our only criticism was the incredible cost (everywhere in Scotland) and I blame this on the dollar to pound exchange rate, not the room rate at Dalhousie.
