The location of the hotel is good, just 5 mins walk from the central station ,you can also walk to the altstadt, abt 20 mins .nice place to stay.

The hotel stay was excellent. The room was clean and the staff was helpful in every way. The buffet breakfast was tasty. The best thing was the card the hotel provided that allowed me free use of the transportation in the city: trams, U-bahn, and regional trans during my stay. I used it for a short trip to Essen for a few hours which saved me about $16 if I had to buy the tickets. Locaction is close to the HBf and I would definitely stay at the Mitte again unless another hotel can offer a better deal.

The hotelroom was modern and you have enough space. The hotel has a business atmospfere. Breakfast is good. About 10 minutes walk to the centre.

The hotel was easy to find and within walking distance from the main railway station. The entrance lobby was very welcoming and the staff were very helpful. The quality, quantity, variety and timing of the breakfast was excellent. The free travel card was absolutely great and we travelled a lot on the tram and underground and even used it to get back to the airport on the train. The only drawback for us with the hotel was that although the room was pleasant, there was no nowhere, ie drawers or cupboards to put any clothes away which meant we had to keep a lot of clothes [apart from the ones we could hang up] in our suitcases. The Christmas markets were lovely with a special atmosphere and a good variety of stalls. Several cups of gluhwein were consumed to keep out the cold!
