We encountered 1 problem on check in. The hotel had no record of our reservation. I had to retrieve my email from you...there was a tense moment before it was resolved.

I consider this a very good hotel even for visit the Dublin centre because it has the shuttle to the airport and there you can go in the express bus to Heuston Station

We had requested for a non-smoking room and actually got a smoking room. The staff did not know the difference and they had to find us another room to stay in. The restaurant was closed because they were fully booked and we ended up eating at the bar where there were smokers. Other than that the shuttle service from and to the airport was great.

We had a very good experience at the Radisson SAS We had a nice traditional fish and chip dinner at the hotel's bar. The breakfast, though NOT included, was very good and they made special requests which were taken care of. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the room and everything. We would go back to this hotel and Dublin. They had a free shuttle to and from the airport, which we used. We were totally happy!
