Right in the centre of Dax on a safe street very close to the bus stops. Rooms were spacious, especially the bathroom. Very clean. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay there again. Most of the guests seemed to be elderly/older people but this didn't matter and it meant the hotel was very quiet

The hotel was quite nice. Only problems we (3 older adults) encountered were 1)room was long walk, including steps, from elevator. 2)only l elevator for many rooms-- no baggage help available. Staff nice. Hotel busy due to Basque festival taking place. (Festival great, but noisy.) 3)hard to locate without good maps--there are many hotels w/similar names in Dax. Thermal baths in hotel basement. Recommend dining at Creperie St. Pierre, 2 doors away from hotel,rather than pricey hotel restaurant.
