    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
     
    CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
    Check-in: the rooms are available from 2 p.m. Later arrivals must be communicated.
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

    Shuttle to/from the railway station is included in the price.
    Use of indoor swimming pool, steam bath, Finnish and bio saunas and a gym room is included in the price.
    Garage is not included in the price, it costs 12 CHF per day.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    15.10.07-06.04.08: Cancellation without penalty is possible until 16:00 hours hotel time, 21 days prior to arrival. 07.04.08-05.10.08: Cancellation without penalty is possible until 16:00 hours hotel time, 2 days prior to arrival. 1 overnight might be charged after cancellation deadline.
    You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
