Ostoya Palace Hotel housed in a 19th century building, is situated in the historic centre of Cracow, close to the main cultural and entertainment centres, the main market square, the Kazimierz Jewish district and the Old Town.
The property with its warm atmosphere, is the ideal place for businessmen, tourists, couples and families. It features elegant bedrooms able to satisfy even the most demanding guests, two fully-equipped meeting rooms, one hosting up to 20 persons and another one for 50 people, a pub, a restaurant and a sauna as well as a splendid jewellery.

On the whole a very nice hotel.10 minutes walk to the market square.All staff spoke English and where helpful.The breakfast was good with plenty of chioce.We ate in the Pub down stairs several times and the food was great value but do not eat in the restuarant in the evening over priced and very poor quality.The beds are very firm and the pillows really poor so after 4 nights I was ready to leave.

This hotel was perfectly located, close to everything. My room was exceptional, with a huge beautiful bath. I had asked for a very nice room and I got it. The staff was most helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay again. Only regret is that I did not stay in Crakow long enough.

Very accommodating, warm, helpful staff. Location is perfect: quiet if you don't overlook the street with the trams, but even then, with the windows closed and drapes closed, no problem. Breakfast included and even leaving @ 0400 a beakfast/extra for traveling was provided. My wife was very pleased and we certainly would return.
