The hotel was good. Only the room was little bit small and cold. The only thing that we did not like was that it was quite far from the center(20 minutes walk). But on the other hand, the hotel is located in the Jewish area and has a lot of restaurants and bars in surrounding.

The reception staff were very helpful and spoke good english. The hotel is well placed to explore Krakow. I would recommend this hotel and also its restaurant.

The Hotel is about an 8 minutes leisurely from the centre of Krakow (i.e. Market Square)
The Hotel was very clean throughout.
There was a very extensive choice of food for breakfast, in a lovely restaurant.
The district surrounding the Hotel is very beautiful, and my time of 3 days spent in Krakow was very enjoyable, and I'd recommend a trip there to anyone.
