This hotel was an excellent choice for Cracow located very close to lots of good bars and restaurants. The hotel is only a 20 - 25 minute walk from the main train station. The hotel itself was very modern with lovely sized rooms. One bizzare thing however was the fact the maid came in to the room every day cleaned everything except the shower and she did not make the bed. This we had to do ourselves. Whether or not this is traditional in Poland I do not know, it did not however spoil our stay. This hotel was very comfortable and warm. I would certainly recommend it as a very modern chic hotel worth paying the little bit extra for. The breakfasts were fantastic and served really late. Recommened for anyone wanting real luxury for a good price.

Located in the Jewish quarter the hotel catered to our needs very well. Our 3 nights enabled us to walk easily to all attractions including restaurants nearby with traditional menus and international choices too. Most tours pick up outside the door. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were polite and helpful. The windows were able to be opened, breakfast was typical Continental. The police station located across the street, while not needed, was reassuring!

A very nice hotel, we were really pleasantly surprised when we got to Hotel Ester. Friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. We stayed in Cracow on our travel through Europe, and Hotel Ester was truly one of our best hotels. Really nice to visit sith your husband/partner.

Well modernised hotel in interesting part of the city, in a lively square with plenty of restuarants nearby. 25 mins walk to old Market Square. Dining area stylish (with good breakfasts included in price and nice old photos on walls) but no lounge. Staff very helpful, for instance in making bookings for taxis or excursions. A very enjoyable stay.

Great hotel, location & wonderful room. Very happy with the overall experience. The only dissapointment was a taxi organised by the hotel on my departure which instead of charging by the meter charged a fixed price different & higher than the one quoted at the hotel reception.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Set in a buzzing square with restuarants and bars a stones throw away. Friendly staff, clean rooms (although ours not overly spacious, but having only booked the week before wasn't going to complain!) Super buffet breakfast. The only one gripe would be that there weren't any coffee making facilities in room, but with prices so cheap in Krakow it really didn't prove a problem. So to sum up...PERFECT PLACE.
