Ideally located in the heart of Cracow, the 4-star hotel consists of 159 comfortable double rooms including andel´s Apartment, one Senior Suite, 4 Junior Suites and Executive Rooms.
All rooms feature the most modern technology, such as 28" flat-screen TV, DVD player and Internet access. The rooms also include a minibar, shower/WC (some with bath) and one direct-dial telephone.
Guests may use the fitness centre with its cardio devices, sauna, massage and aroma showers.

Excellent location which is next to central train station & a big shopping mall, especially for first-time visitor. 10-15 minutes walk to the old town square. Modern room with a feel of design hotel. Good buffet breakfast with wide selections of food. Highly recommended.

This hotel is one of the nicest I have stayed in. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, the breakfast excellent and the rooms very tastefully decorated and I can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else on my next visit to Cracow.

Just back from a weekend in Krakow and have been raving about Andels Hotel ever since. It is so easy and cheap to get to from the airport. We used the train (6 zloty per person) and it was only a short walk through a shopping centre up an escalator and the hotel is just outside the door. It is also just a few minutes walk from the old town. The service in the hotel was excellent - we had booked a tour to pick us up in the hotel at 9.10 and when we went to the foyer the receptionist came over to tell us that the tour company had arrived at 8.50 and she had phoned them to complain and had arranged for them to come back for us. The bedroom was very modern with a lovely bathroom - everything was spotless. The beds were so comfortable with the cosiest of duvets. There was a terrific selection of lovely fresh food for breakfast. We will be recommending Andels Hotel to everyone we know going to Krakow.

The only disadvantage we had booked a triple room, I was not informed this would be a fold out bed although we did not mind as it was very comfortable. The room was only set up for 2 people, towels, classes etc. we did ask at reception for extra although they never arrived. Apart from this Andel's is an excellent hotel in a great location
