In the venere.com description of the hotel:

As my wife was going to do some work while staying there, we were very disappionted to find out that the internet connection was less than optimal.
No ADSL in the room like advertized, only a slow (300-400 kbit) connection accessible via wifi in a small dark room the the cellar (floor -2).
The hotel has 4 stars, but they are old, the rooms should have been refurbished.
Outdoor pool area is very nice though.

This was my first time to Tenerife, but I certainly plan to return... many times! If at all possible, I intend to stay at the H10 Gran Tenerife each time. Ocean view rooms are just that... directly on the beach!
