Very overpriced. Very noisy outside throughout the night. No air conditioning so room stuffy with windows shut. Too noisy to have windows open

The hotel is in a good position, near the central station and no so far from a lot of places to visit. Prices a little bit high, but in copenahegen you can't have anything else. breakfast not included, while when i booked on web page it was included.

The free tea was very handy in the restaurant instead of having tea/coffee in the room

the staff asked to be settled the whole staying upon arrival when it's normal use just to give the credit card number! the single rooms are really small!!!!the television was ful of dust that we made a draw with the finger on the screen to let them know without any result....the location, anyway is good and copenhagen is magic.

It was an well situated Hotel with excellent customer services and cordial relations between the workers and visitors.

The stay was a pleasent one, the price was bit high for the overall quality of the hotel, but the location was excellent - it was easy to come directly from the airport to the city center by train and then walk the two remaining blocks to the hotel. Breakfast was a decent one also, nothing special but everything you usually have for breakfast.

Room and bathroom too little. Breakfast was satisfying. The hotel is near the Central Station, as weel as far from the historical city centre and the very beautiful harbour.

Vicinissimo al centro ed alla stazione centrale, posizionato in una strada non particolarmente trafficata. Postazioni internet gratuite nella hall. Un po' spartano visto il prezzo ma a Copenhagen non ci sono molte alternative.

My no smoking room stunk of sigaretts, but the location of the hotel is good: close to both Halmtorget and the center.

The two nightclubs downstairs on the street offered some interesting distractions at 2 in the morning. Since it was warm, the windows were wide open, so the noise was probably greater than it would have been in the cooler weather. It was a long walk down the hall to our room, but we got used to it. The tub was small and sloped from the sides quickly and I worried about slipping down, but did not. The shower head was mostly plugged up and could have benefitted from a soak in vinegar or phosphoric acid based bowl cleaner.

Very nice hotel close to the main railway station. The brakfast was very good (scandinavian), but not included. Actually we got a better price compared to what we was told from venere.com in advance.

Very interesting Hotel, near the center and the Tivoli park. It's a good hotel for family. I will return in this hotel.

When we booked our hotel the breakfast was included in the price,but on may first they change their policy and we had to pay and it was not cheep,

The location - between some beep-show institutions was not described anywhere. It was also pretty noisy. The room was fine, but bathroom looked as if it hadn't been renovated for 40 years. Not a good overall impression...

The hotel did not have our booking even though we had confirmation via email. They had all sorts of computer issues while we were there and left a trainee to cope with it all. The room cards wouldn't work and it took us 1.5 hours just to get into our room. This was not a good start to our stay. The bed covers (not sheets) were also dirty, and no air conditioning. The hotel was easy enough to find, relatively close to the train station. Noisy street though and close to red light area! Breakfast was good and we had free internet use. It was value for money and even though it is near the station we wouldn't stay here again, probably choose to go in the other direction closer to the tourist bus area (near the city hall).
