One member of staff was very unprofessional. It was not possible the get som shirts ironed at all. She was very rued to many guests and yawnd withouth trying to disquise how little intrest she had in our wellbeeing. Breakfast across the street?? Could have been informed better than by a locked door.

the price is very high specially that price was not included the breakfast the breakfast should be included without asking.

Very near to the central station. Just ideal for me as I changed my schedule in the afternoon and the arrival was midnight.

I used the hotel as a stop-over which is fine as close to Central Station although not a very nice street. Clean hotel and friendly service, relatively good price/quality ratio given the expensiveness of Copenhagen.

Very noisy hotel. The beds were too lung ! The hotel is quite well located in the city center near the central station but a lot of drug addicts stay in the area...

Very poor and unprofessional service. When we arrived washbasin was just about clogged up, and it took several minutes for the water to run out. I informed the reception about this right away, and they said they would fix it. They did not fix it that evening. After I came back in the afternoon next day it was not fixed, I complained again and all they could say was that according to their record a man had been there to fix it. They promised to have it fixed again, but nothing was done. At the same time I complained the second time. I also turned in an evaluation form with several complaints about the room that had been filled out by the former user of the room. They hadn't bothered to pick it up. Neither did they place a new evaluation form that I could fill in. So in general a more or less total lack of quality routines. In the reception the hotel had free coffee and espresso machine + free Internet access - very nice. On morning we left the coffee machine was broken, and the Internet was down. This was not of course not the fault of the man in the reception. But the way he handled it, was definitely not a good example of good service and hospitality. Instead of setting up a sign that the Internet and coffee machine did not work, he briskly told everyone that asked - that it did not work, and with no excuse and indication that they were doing something about it. They also had a sister hotel right across the street where we were sent to have breakfast. But it never occurred to him to have them send of a couple of jugs of coffee. I was obvious that the problems annoyed him, but it never seemed to occur to him that it also might have annoyed his guests as well - and specially the very little professional way he handled it.

This is a lousy hotel. Except the fact that it is located close to the railwaystation it has hardly any upsides what so ever. Everything is low quality, from the uninterested guy in the reseption, the dark room with 4 lamps(but only one who actualy works), the breakfastroom which is located in another hotel 50 meters down the road. If you are in to strip-bars you may like this hotel, since there are a few within 1 minute of the hotel. Stay away.

Bathroom not cleaned properly. Old toothpaste in the glasses, sink not cleaned. Floor not vacuumed. Mirror stained. Sorry, this was not good. Nice and fast service though!

Extremely handy due to its location to Central Station, and Tivoli Gardens. The staff were welcoming, and friendly, and the room was ideal for a one night stay. I'd certainly use this hotel again, due to all of the above.

This is a good and inexpensive hotel. which I would definitely recommend. The location is very central, 5 minutes walk from the main station, which is very useful also if you're arriving from the aiport, and 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The area in which the hotel is located (as most of the other tourist hotels) was the former redlight district, so there a few strip bars/sex shops in the area (just in case you're bothered by this kind of things), but the atmosphere is very sedated and in no way reatening.The room was reasonably spacious, quiet and comfortable. Furniture was pleasant, although quite minimal (e/g/ there is not a proper wardrobe , but an open cloth hanger, but frankly we were not bothered by that). The bathroom was also quite spacious. Overall an excellent choice particularly considering quality/price ratio (we paid ~600 Kr per night without breakfast).
