Front desk staff were trying very hard to provide a good service but as is common these days they are expected to be telephonists, booking clerk, provider of local and hotel information, in other words, the first impression when checking in is of chaos and lack of staff.
The rooms were very noisy because of the poor design of the building which acted like a drum and magnified the slightest sound.
The front desk and cleaning staff acted very well during a nasty experience when a guest's dog in the room above urinated on their balcony which flooded down onto our balcony. I wonder if the dog's owners were suitable billed for their inconsiderate behaviour?
Breakfast a scramble but food was satisfactory.

This hotel is located in a jewel of an area along the Atlantic coast of Spain. It is a perfect getaway with a large expanse of beach, a huge swimming pool, a delightful terrace overlooking the beach. The sevivce was impecable, the food was diverse and plentiful. Overall this gem of a hotel is perfect for a family holiday or just a enjoyable stay for two. The surrounding town is loaded with things to see and is quite near Cadiz and Jerez. Venere.com really came through for us on this stay.
